Stephanie Hill: Executive Director
Stephanie is a board certified behavior analyst with a master’s degree in education in autism and is also a K-12 licensed special education teacher. Stephanie has worked with individuals with autism for 12 years in a variety of settings including home, community, school and center-based. She has served individuals ranging from 2-25 years old with most of her experience being with school-age children and young adults. Stephanie also has experience managing and training staff as well as developing and modifying curriculum. She enjoys collaborating with other professionals to implement appropriate, effective, evidence-based treatment. Outside of her work with individuals with autism, Stephanie enjoys being outdoors, reading, and traveling.
Carly Knauf: Community Development Director
Carly is a Rehabilitation Counselor, who has specialized in helping adults with developmental disabilities achieve their personal, social and career goals through a holistic hands-on counseling approach. Carly has worked with individuals with autism for over a decade in a variety of settings including school, community, home and center-based. Carly has experience as an aide for children and adults with autism dating back to elementary school, and she successfully translated that passion to collegiate positions by serving on the executive board for Best Buddies and co-founding D.A.R.N. (Disability Advocacy Rehabilitation Network). Carly’s vast experience isn’t confined to the United States: she has traveled to Ireland and Haiti to help children and adults with disabilities and expand her scope of disability counseling to international practices. Carly also has experience creating and directing holistic and community based programs for adults on the autism spectrum as well as experience managing and training staff. When not at work Carly enjoys hiking with her dog and rock climbing in the beautiful mountains.
